Juul has helped me cut down my cigarette use to under 5 a day. Prior to Juul I smoked over a pack daily. I am breathing easier now and feel better. Also found that the pod won’t leak if you keep the Juul upright. It’s a great alternative to cigarettes

This is a good product, I’ve been using for 2 weeks and only had a few smokes since. However a big issue for me is that my pods are only lasting about 2 days, with 4 being £11 this doesn’t even cover a week so I’m going to spend at least £40 a month on pods as they are too small.

I have no idea what this is for. The pods cost £11 for 4. Each pod contains the same nicotine as one medium strength cigarette. It's like if 20 B&H cost £55, except you can't smoke it fast enough to get a hit. The device itself was cheaper in my corner shop than on Amazon. It's of absolutely no use for smoking cessation. If you can deal with your cravings with such a low amount of nicotine, you're not addicted to nicotine in the first place. You've probably read about it online as good for that, but that's because it's 3 times the strength in America as it is in the UK, so Americans are writing the good reviews. (even at 3 times the strength, it's like smoking extremely weak, hugely overpriced cigarettes). If you want it because you want to smoke flavoured eliquid, it's useless for that. There are better, cheaper options. Much better, cheaper options in fact. You can't refill this yourself, you have to buy the presealed pods, unless you want to do some creative DIY, I suppose, but don't count on being able to.

The charger looks really great, however sadly it doesn't retain enough charge to fully charge the Juul once, nevermind the three charges that is claimed. It could be possible that I was sent a faulty one, however now I have to pay for the return too.

Things a piece of junk. I just got this product 2 days ago and the thing only charges the juul while plugged into the wall… what’s the point of a portable juul charger when the thing doesn’t even charge the juul with out being connected to power. Don’t waste your money buy a good one this thing sucks

Sometimes you put the Juul in and it charges, sometimes it doesn't and you have to wiggle it around for a while before it works.

I've made it a point to always leave it standing up with charger side facing down, unless charging. Juul pods have a tendency to leak. Battery lasts forever. Material was poorly put on. As of 2 weeks ago, the whole setup is now falling out of my case, but is easy to put back in. I just wedged some material in between to keep it from falling out.

I would not recommend this product as it is made cheaply and mine has already broke. It definitely did not last as long as the one I got from Juul. Very disappointed that I have to find a replacement for it already.
